My client is looking for a Python Developer to join their expanding team. You’ll join a team of highly talented and versatile group of software engineers who development software that serves hundreds of multinational clients. As Python Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain their software infrastructure. Responsibilities include: designing and building software within existing software systems, and improving scalability, performance, and efficiency of the infrastructure.

The Job

  • Develop and enhance bespoke real-time data, processing and analysis applications.
  • Build infrastructure to support our in-house Customer Relationship Management (CRM), visualisation and reporting tools.
  • Proactively engage with senior management, sales, trading and operations teams to gather and understand business requirements.

Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
  • Strong programming skills: fluency in Python and C#
  • Interested in working with large complex datasets
  • Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate with peers
  • Ability to communicate within and across teams, at a high and low level, on both technical and non-technical subjects

The role is based in Dublin city centre with Hybrid work arrangements available. Candidate must be eligible to work in Ireland/EU. Fluent English required.
